This bloke rang up and just launched straight into talking about government-backed loft and wall insulation work we supposedly had done. He mentioned that in some cases it can lead to condensation issues in the loft. Then he told me our loft hadn’t been checked for ages, but offered to arrange an appointment to ease any worries. When I asked who he was and which company he was with, he just cut me off and hung up. I’ve already blocked and removed the number from my phone.
