I got a call about some government loft insulation they claimed I'd just had done. Thing is, I haven't had any done recently, especially not through the government. The bloke just ended the call when I said that. My mum got a similar call a few weeks back where they were trying to say the job wasn’t done right and needed doing over. Sounds like they were trying to sell her something. She just hung up straight away.
