I saw they called but didn’t pick up, so I gave them a ring and told them to call me back. Wasn’t really hoping they would, but to my surprise, they did. They claimed to have everyone’s mobile numbers saved.

Got a call about some PPI claim, total waste of time and just another nuisance.

Got a call today from what sounded like a chaotic call centre. When I asked who they were representing, the person on the other end got quite shouty and a bit rude, like they were talking down to me. I just said “bye” and ended the call. Right after I hung up, I could hear someone shouting something like “what do you mean? what do you mean?” in the background. If they’re a genuine business, they seriously need to train their staff on how to speak to people properly.
