This number has been bombarding us with a pre-recorded message from an American lady on numerous occasions. I’ve no intention of listening to it, as I’m fully aware it’s a scam. The spiel is always the same, filled with ominous threats like “we’re going to disconnect your internet” and whatnot. They seem to rotate through various numbers. At 80 years old, I still consider myself quite sharp, but it worries me greatly that there are plenty of unsuspecting folks who might fall victim to such dodgy tactics.
