Before we could even speak properly, my wife had to press 1 on the phone. Neither of us have ever signed up for Amazon Prime. My wife told her this and ended the call. Seemed really dodgy. Later, my wife checked the number - it looked like a landline and was linked to a company called Stirling Valuations somewhere in Scotland, with a Blairgowrie area code.
