So freaking annoying! The number keeps switching up at the end, always beginning and finishing with 400 but the last three digits keep changing. I've ended up blocking all the different numbers because it was seriously grinding my gears!!

I picked up the phone, and there was this odd way he greeted me with a ‘hello.’ I chose not to respond, but he kept saying it over and over. Eventually, I decided to end the conversation and promptly blocked the number.
