Got a call from a lady with an Indian accent claiming she was from BT. She greeted me by name and said she had "great news" - apparently my phone calls would be cheaper starting next month! Yay, right? :D But then she started asking weird questions like how many voice calls I usually make and how long they last, like "more than this?" I cut her off and said, "If you're really from BT, you’d already have this info on your records." She just hung up after that!
