Got a call today from some bloke called Scott, with a thick Asian accent, claiming to be from BT. He said there was some dodgy activity on our router and mentioned an IP address but I couldn’t catch it properly. As he began explaining what would happen next, I cut him off loud and clear, telling him I don’t even have BT and calling him a right scammer. Made me think of another scam call I got yesterday, supposedly from Sky, felt like the same kind of sketchy call centre. Absolute scammers these lot.
