I've never come across this number before, so I just ignore any calls from it since I don't recognise it.

Got a call from some folks claiming to be BT, but it was a scam from some people in India. They said they had seen error messages on my router and wanted to help fix things. Their so-called ‘solution’ was either getting me to install remote access software so they could sneak into my computer or phone and nick my info, or push me to buy really expensive software. Definitely a dodgy call to watch out for!
