No doubt, this seemed totally fake to me. The moment I answered, the call just cut off. The caller ID showed a 01249 code, which I know is a legit area. I tried calling the number back out of curiosity, but the reply said the number wasn’t valid. It’s getting worse how these scammers misuse genuine looking phone codes. But seriously, how do you block a number that’s not even real??
