Got a call from someone who sounded like they had a Far East accent, saying they were from BT and that my computer was infected with a virus. The bloke said his name was 'Alex Jones,' but he didn’t sound Welsh at all, and he was definitely a bloke, not a woman. He tried to get me to open my PC for some supposed 'work to stop the virus...' I just hung up straight away.
