11 yearsI looked up this number using 1471, and when I called back, all I got was a recorded voice thanking me for waiting and telling me I was in a queue. They said they were doing their best to get to me quickly, but wouldn't say who I was actually waiting for. Total rubbish. The hold music was Vivaldi's Four Seasons - the same tune they play when you're stuck on hold with the DWP. Even the recorded message sounded kinda familiar, like it could’ve been the same place. The DWP really messed me about earlier this year for months, making things awful and even affecting my health. In the end, they had to admit they were useless and, honestly, I think they lied to me on purpose - I’ve got evidence to back that up. What a shambles.
