I received a rather alarming phone call from a chap named Robert, claiming to be with BT Openreach. He insisted that my computer was under some sort of attack. I've attempted to verify the authenticity of his claims by reaching out to BT, but I'm still left scratching my head, none the wiser than before! Feeling quite perplexed, to say the least!

A woman rang up, asserting she was from Openreach, stating that they were going to cut off our internet because there had been unauthorised usage from our connection. Honestly, it all seemed rather dubious to me, so I hung up without engaging further.
