I picked up the phone after a pause only to hear a recorded message claiming to be from OFCOM about the internet service for this number, so I hung up straight away as it was obvious a scam. What's funny is that the number's area code is from my own town, so these scammers are trying to be sneaky. If you don't answer and use 1471 to check the number, it looks local and might trick you into calling back, where you'll probably get hit with the same scam message you missed originally.
