Got a call from a lady speaking with an East Asian accent who said she was ringing from BT Openreach. I asked if she knew my personal info and she said yes. Then I questioned her about my name and she told me it was John. When I checked if the number she was using now was the same as the one from a call I got about 20 minutes earlier, she just gave me some random number and then cut off the call.
