The individual claimed that some installations were under scrutiny due to condensation issues. The thing is, we've never had any of that government-funded insulation or lagging done, so it either points to a wrong number or, more likely, a dodgy scam. They didn’t bother to verify my identity or even confirm the property details, which leaves me a bit suspicious. When I probed about where they got their information, they promptly cut the line. Upon further investigation of the number they called from, it turned out to be local - quite a contrast to what they’d led me to believe about their organisation.
