Some bloke rang saying he was from BT Openreach but had a heavy foreign accent and was hard to follow. He said sorry and claimed my internet speed was slower than it should be, offering to sort it out straight away. He asked me to press some buttons on my phone, but I didn’t, thinking he might be trying to get into my computer. My son chatted with him nicely, but the guy got annoyed and threatened to cancel our account. Then, he just hung up on my son. Pretty sure it was a scam.
