6 yearsGot a voicemail supposedly from my bank’s Barclaycard team, saying there was a £600 payment to an overseas account just a quarter of an hour ago. They told me to press 1 if I didn’t recognise the transaction to cancel it. I just ended the call right there. I don’t even have a Barclaycard with my bank, so it was pretty clear it was a nasty scam trying to trick me into calling back and probably getting charged a fortune on a premium line.
