I received a call at ten past eight this morning, and it felt like I was listening to a pre-recorded message. It stated that £399.00 had been taken from my Visa card and instructed me to press 1 if I wished to reverse the transaction, supposedly connecting me with their fraud department. Curiously enough, there was no mention of any particular bank involved.
