I received a dodgy call the other day featuring a robotic voice purporting to be from Amazon, suggesting that they were about to take a payment for a Prime subscription I never signed up for. They prompted me to press a digit to supposedly rectify the issue, but I wisely opted not to. After checking with Amazon, they assured me I don't have a Prime account and that the call was not from them at all. Total scam!
