Today I went to see an elderly lady, 82 years old, whom I've known for quite a long time. She told me she’d received multiple calls from this number, with a woman repeatedly asking if she was the one who'd rung them. I tried calling *1471 to find out who it was. It was heartbreaking to see how shaken and worried she was. I really wish these callers understood the upset they create, but sadly, I doubt they give it a second thought.
