I had a rather dodgy experience recently with a bloke who rang me, claiming to represent Carphone Warehouse. It was clearly a ruse aimed at siphoning off my bank information. As soon as he started prattling on about enticingly cheap mobile contracts, I could smell a scam from a mile away!
