Just had a call from 01248 471174 at 14:06 on 21st April 2020. When I picked up and said "Hello," there was nothing but silence for about a minute before they hung up on me. I meant to check who it was with 1471 afterwards, but there was still no information available. I could have sworn I heard some breathing on the other end, so it’s hard to believe it was just an accidental call or a pet messing about. To be honest, such behaviour isn't what I'd associate with a decent solicitor. It had more of a dodgy vibe, like something you'd expect from a nuisance caller. I would anticipate a proper solicitor to introduce themselves and clearly state their firm. Interestingly, I came across another site that mentions this number has a history of bothering others too - apparently, it repeatedly contacted at least two different people back in 2016, leading them to feel harassed. I received a call from 01248 471174 at precisely 14:06 this afternoon (21 April 2020). When I picked up and greeted them with a "Hello," there was an eerie silence for a whole minute before they abruptly ended the call. I figured I’d have a nosey with 1471 to trace the number, yet no joy there either. I could've sworn I heard someone inhaling, which doesn’t really scream "butt dial" or even a playful pet. It felt more like a prank from a bored kid or perhaps someone whose maturity level is still rather juvenile.
