Got a robo call pretending to be from Amazon Prime. The message tried to trick me into pressing 1 to speak to someone, with loads of background noise like a busy call centre. I rang up Amazon afterwards and they confirmed they don’t do calls like this at all. Apparently, lots of folks have been caught out by the same scam. Stay careful!
