I received a call from someone purporting to be from BT, but their strong foreign accent put me on guard. I decided to cut the conversation short. After that, I dialled 1471 to check the number and called it back, only to be greeted by a recorded message stating that the number wasn't in service. Funny that, as it was supposedly from Bangor, North Wales. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
