I got a call from 01248 505697 just after midday. It was some call centre, maybe based somewhere in Asia, and a bloke was going on about my internet having problems and asking what I thought about it. I told him straight up he was a conman and ended the call. It seems these scammers buy some kind of phone number bundles (probably from BT) and ring people non-stop all day and night. Honestly, I don’t get why this is allowed. The people who let them use those numbers should be held responsible.

I got a call from someone claiming to be BT saying my internet wasn't safe and asked if I knew why. I told them BT actually came by last Friday to fix it. Right after that, they just ended the call without saying a word.

Once again, got pranked by that BT Openreach scam call, they just cut off on me.

Today and yesterday, this number rang our business phone and I could hear a call centre buzzing in the background. As soon as I said our company's name, the call dropped. I've blocked the number now.

Got one of those dodgy calls saying my internet was down, even though both my PC and Plusnet router were completely powered off. Classic scam stuff!
