I got a call about some upgrades from what I guess was 02 or maybe a partner company. They were really polite and had all my account info, so I’m thinking it was definitely 02. No pressure at all - I told them I wasn’t interested and they just said thanks and goodbye nicely. Pretty hassle-free experience overall.
