I've had a right palaver with this number claiming to be TalkTalk about my broadband box. Initially, they rang me, and I hung up because I couldn't be bothered with their nonsense. Then, just ten minutes later, the same lot called again, insisting I press 1 to avoid having my internet switched off. I hung up once more. An hour later, they were at it again, warning me that if I didn't press 1 to sort the issue or 2 to cancel my service immediately, they'd cut me off in an hour's time. I just hung up again and haven't heard from them since. Still got my connection, though. Odd situation, isn't it? Cheers, Geoff.
