Reports on phone number 01248250032
12 monthsI got a call supposedly from Hastings Direct, my previous insurance provider, saying they could help me claim compensation for a car accident. They didn’t have the right details and have called me before with the same promise. When I told them my current insurer, which isn’t Hastings, was already handling it, they started shouting and getting aggressive. They somehow had my email and sent a message with false company info and wrong phone numbers too. The email was weirdly linked to a psychology student’s LinkedIn email. At the bottom, there was a company that seemed connected to accident law, but it looks like they’re faking their identity. Be very careful and try to avoid them if you can. I’ve now blocked and reported them.Hastings DirectHastings12 monthsGot a call from someone saying they were from 'The Claims Department' regarding a car crash I supposedly had. They couldn’t say my name, the car details, or even my number plate. When I kept saying I didn’t know what they were on about, the bloke got quite rude. Just a waste of time and obviously a scam. The Claims DepartmentSubmit Your Own Report (01248 250032)
