Got a call from someone saying they were Amazon Prime, warning me about a £39 auto-renew charge and telling me to press 1 to stop it. As soon as I heard that, I just hung up and later checked the number through 1471. Definitely a scam, so I'd say don’t press any button if you get a call like that - they’re not from Amazon Prime at all.
