A chap with an accent rang me up the other day, greeting me as ‘Mr’ and claiming to be Michael from Windows. He seemed to know my name, which gave me the creeps, so I promptly hung up! This is not the first time it's happened; they always try to tell me there's some sort of issue with my Windows licence. Total nonsense!
