Can anyone tell me where this number is from? I’m trying to figure out its location.

Got calls from the same number loads of times over two days but whenever I answer, there’s just silence. Feels like a dead end or one of those scam calls. Also, it won’t take incoming calls, which makes me think they’re trying to hide something or it’s an outgoing-only line. Quite annoying, really.
