Spoke to a really courteous and clear-spoken young woman who explained my appliance insurance had run out. I calmly told her I never signed up for anything like that, wasn’t interested, and asked her not to ring back. She started to reply but I cut her off and ended the call! I’m getting better at jumping in and speaking quicker than these pest callers now!
