I've had plenty of calls like this before and told them we’re already with BT so they’d know what services we have. After a bit of back and forth, I mentioned we’d been having some problems with the phones and he offered to help sort it out. Then he started asking loads of questions, and that’s when I told him it sounded like a sales pitch and just ended the call.
