Got a call earlier from someone who spoke really poor English saying they were from BT and had issues with my internet. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

received a ring from 01246917541 claiming to be from TalkTalk, offering me a discount on my phone package. they wanted me to log in but i refused, then the bloke got quite rude. he implied i was just following TalkTalk’s advice by not doing anything while on the call, and warned me i’d start getting loads of spam calls now. ive gone ahead and blocked that number.
