They started by knocking on our door, and a little while later, I got a phone call about some survey. No bother at first, but then they just wouldn't continue once I told them we don't actually own the place. Honestly, it felt like a total waste of my time and I found it pretty rude. Their way of doing things really rubbed me the wrong way...

I ignored the call and later got this robotic voicemail saying they were calling from the inland revenue. Apparently if I don’t ring them back or if my solicitor doesn’t get in touch, they’re threatening to take legal steps. Seemed pretty dodgy to me.
