Got a voicemail telling me to ring back ASAP about an important issue, with an option to press 1 to chat with their so-called trusted advisors. Only at the end did they mention UKSL. Judging by the reviews here, it’s clearly another scam. Thankfully, I blocked the number, but I reckon they'll just try calling from somewhere else next time.

I called them back and told them my name, but "Jason" said he couldn't find me on their system. When I asked if they were debt collectors, he said he needed a reference number to be sure. I then asked him to look up the phone number they've been using to call me, but that wasn't in their system either. I told him to stop calling me, but he said he wasn’t able to do that. It’s really strange, I’ve never owed any money so I have no clue why they keep ringing me.

They say it’s not a sales call and to press 1 to talk about your account. They say they’re from “UKSL” which I assume is UK Search Limited, some debt collection agency I’ve never heard of. It feels dodgy since they kick off with trying to get your details for “security”. They say they’re ringing on behalf of some business but can’t give any real evidence. They might tell you to ring the company they’re supposedly working for if you question them. I’d definitely suggest ringing the company yourself to check if it’s legit.

Received a call from this number, and they left a voicemail without revealing who they were, insisting it was urgent for me to return their call. So, I rang them back, but once again, they failed to disclose their identity and immediately started probing for my personal details. I found it rather irritating and ended the call mid-conversation. It had the distinct feel of a sales pitch, and quite frankly, they were just wasting my precious time. As the owner of a retail business, I can’t afford interruptions during peak hours. What a nuisance! I'm thoroughly fed up with such calls!

I’m absolutely seething! This so-called “company” left me a message claiming it was urgent and instructed me to ring them back. Luckily, I had the sense to block their number before I could make that call. When I inquired about the reason for their call and what their “company” actually does, all I got in return was some vague nonsense about working for different companies. Just realised its a debt collection company. I used to be with Coop Energy and switched providers with some money left unpaid. I told them i'd sort it and have been paying bit by bit every month. But then they passed my debt to this agency. Thing is, i dont have no agreement with this debt firm, so I’m not paying them. You dont actually have to pay any debt agency if they just bought the debt.
