On the recording, they insist I switch my internet provider and push me to do it through them - totally dodgy. Plus, there’s no way to ring them back. Feels like a proper phishing scam.

As soon as I picked up, I had a gut feeling it was some scam. They claimed my internet service was about to be disconnected, which sounded dodgy. It’s strange though because my number is ex-directory, so how did they even get through on a direct line? Their phone number, 01246 822852, should honestly be blocked or reported. Definitely gave me a bad vibe.
