It might be worth having a look at the comments below this post - lots of good advice there. Every scam try needs to be reported straight away to the cyber crime unit, which is designed to make it straightforward for ordinary folks to flag scam calls, texts, emails, and other frauds. I only found this out after raising the issue of constant scam calls with my MP. You can find info on how to report on this thread. Scammers definitely don’t want people to know about this. If you don’t report these scams, don’t be surprised if things don’t ever get better.

I simply cannot fathom the origin of their call, PC World. They kept mentioning something related to it at the close of every statement, PC World. I've now taken the liberty of blocking their number, PC World.

I got a call from two blokes who sounded like they were from India. The first guy talked to me briefly then handed over to his mate. They said they were from O2, my mobile network, offering a 30% discount on my bills and kept insisting they didn't need any personal info from me. I was a bit doubtful about it, and then the second guy snapped at me, saying "You're not listening, man!" (even though he totally ignored what I was saying) and then told me to f*** off. Proper rude!
