Some bloke rang me saying he was from 3 Mobile, trying to sell me a new plan with a cracking deal. When I asked him how much I was paying on my current plan, he didn’t have a clue. Surely if he was actually from 3, he’d know that off the top of his head? Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Someone rang my daughter and left a voicemail, but after going through all these reviews, we didnt bother playing it. We ended up blocking the caller and she’s since switched her number.

Got a recorded call from some bloke saying he was from the DWP. He told me I was about to lose my national insurance things unless I upped my payments by calling this number he gave. The guy's voice was proper official-like, but I knew straight away it was a load of rubbish. Went ahead and blocked the number. Total scam, don't fall for it!

There’s a section for reporting phishing and scam attempts - make sure you read all the info there carefully before submitting anything. Received a call from someone claiming to be David from O2. Strangely, he couldn't tell me my name, address, or what plan I was on. He then asked me for a code that just popped up in a text message during our conversation. The message, which looked legitimate, clearly advised against sharing the code with anyone. I suspect it's a sneaky attempt to gain access to my O2 account, needing me to divulge the code to proceed. I promptly hung up the phone.

I was expecting a return call from a different person when I inadvertently picked up this incoming call. The voice on the other end had a rather foreign accent and claimed to be representing Curry's. I quickly ended the conversation after expressing my lack of interest. A bit of digging around on different websites has led me to conclude that this is certainly a dodgy scammer linked to HMRC scams, among other dubious activities.

I kept asking who was calling and what for, but all I got was some mumbling and nonsense over the phone. After a bit, the bloke just said "thanks, mate" and ended the call. Total spam, and the connection was awful as well.
