The individual on the other end introduced themselves and mentioned they had three inquiries for me. I promptly replied with a firm 'no' and ended the call!

Not a clue who it was, could've been someone from Zendesk in Chesterfield or summat. Just got out of hospital after a big op, aching loads and trying to rest, waiting for a call back from the physio lot. Had to scramble to the nearest phone, no way to return the call. Can barely type proper with only one working arm, but whoever rang me, I swear if they call again, I’d love to make them feel a bit of the pain I’m in - like hacking up their shoulder tendons or something so we can have a proper chat.
