Some bloke called Desmond rang me, saying he was from First Utility or something. I told him straight away I wasn’t interested, but he just kept going, asking loads of questions. I had to tell him twice more that I wasn’t interested, but he just wouldn’t get it. I wondered if he seriously didn’t understand the word or if he was just daft.
