I’ve had a flurry of calls in recent days. Usually, I let them ring out, but curiosity got the better of me this time, so I answered. Turned out it was an insurance company trying to sell me a more competitive deal. I informed them that I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service and that I wasn’t keen on their pitch at all.
