When I picked up the call from this number, I greeted them with a friendly "Hello", but was met with a rather awkward silence lasting a good six seconds. Following that, they simply hung up. Out of curiosity, I thought I’d give it a ring back, and it did indeed ring through, but I hung up before they could pick up. My number is kept private, so I'm not too keen on revealing it. Given the spate of dodgy calls I’ve been getting lately, I can’t help but think this might be yet another scam attempt.
