They claimed that our telephone lines were going to be decommissioned. I asked him to confirm what our BT account number was, he said he had no access to that. I asked them what I should search for on Google to verify that they are indeed BT Head Office in Chesterfield. He said that it's not possible to search us. Researching this a little more shows that it is likely to be a number owned or sold by Rydal Communications hosted by Gamma Communications (confirmed by Charlotte Pointer at Gamma). Both Gamma and Rydal seem uninterested in doing anything about this.
