I received a call from a number claiming to be UKL earlier today. This morning, they rang me from 01264 488932, and then this afternoon, they requested I ring back on 01246571484. I’m a bit wary, as previous experiences with debt collectors have always involved them identifying themselves and asking for the right person directly, rather than just stating 'we are UKL' followed by a number. It leaves me questioning their legitimacy. Best to be cautious with these sorts of calls!

Last week they kept leaving me voicemail messages about some debt I supposedly owe, like every single day. They even included a reference number. Then they texted me telling me to call them back at 01246488927. When I called, the person said I didn’t owe anything and told me to take my number off their list. We’ll see what happens next.

Every day around 4.15pm, UKSL has been calling me nonstop since last May. It’s really wearing me down. The woman on the phone sounds so harsh and nasty. Ive blocked their number but somehow their calls still come through on my voicemail. I’m a 70 year old lady and truly don’t know what else to do. My son even tried calling them back but they refuse to say who they actually are.
