But today was different - our dog got all excited when he spotted one of his mates and started barking like mad right by the phone. This number called me loads of times. It's Utilita Energy trying to get new customers by cold calling. I told them to remove ALL MY DETAILS as the new GDPR rules say we can! OH GREAT! I got a random call from these lot pushing a “better” gas and electric deal. I’d just had solar panels put on and spent ages with the installers figuring out the feed-in tariff stuff. So when she started, I told her I’m dealing with three different firms now - the energy providers, the feed-in tariff folks, and the crew handling my battery feeding power back to the grid, all managed by some clever gadget tucked away under the stairs! She couldn’t keep up and just hung up!
