01246478759 kept calling me but I ignored it since I didn't recognise the number, then I blocked it. Still, after every call stopped, I'd get a voicemail with a woman’s voice talking about switching electricity providers. I just deleted the messages cause if I was interested, I'd reach out myself, not the other way around. This has happened like 4 times over the last few days. Blocking the number stops the calls but doesn't stop the voicemails, which is pretty annoying.
