Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, telling me there was an issue with our internet and loads of unauthorised users had been connected to our router. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

My landline showed a missed call but I never picked up, I usually have my answerphone on so I can check messages later. Since there was no voicemail, guess it wasn’t anything urgent.

Someone rang me earlier but my trusty old BT phone, with the BT call guardian feature, blocked them straight away. I didn’t realise they’d tried till I had a quick look at my missed calls. As soon as they find out they have to leave their name before the call will come through, they just give up and hang up. Ever since I got this phone, I haven’t had any bother from PPI or any other scam calls. --))

I got a call from a woman claiming to be with BT. She said there was an issue with the computer router and wanted to check if I was the primary user. I said no, and when she asked to talk to the main user, I told her they weren't around. She just ended the call after that.

I picked up and there was complete silence on the other end! Definitely block this number, seems like some kind of scam or harassment for sure.
