Got a call from 01286636809 about a £69.99 charge for an Amazon account I ain't got. They asked me to press 2 to talk to someone, but I just ignored it. Feels dodgy to me.

Had a call from Nathan claiming to be from Benefits UK, but the number looked dodgy - too short to be legit. They asked for personal details, so I just told them fHHHT and hung up. Total scam!

Keep getting these annoying calls where they ring and then just cut off. Sometimes I hear a “hello” before they hang up. Feels like it's those benefits UK scammers again, but now they’re using a new number. I’ve read online in the news how these scams work. Told them kindly not to call my old number anymore, and I reckon this is what’s happening because of that. I’m guessing it’s a premium rate number, so I’m definitely not returning the call.
